Telemetry Policy

Website Usage Measurement of the web interface and Pronto Xi. Pronto Software uses Google Universal Analytics to capture telemetry data about how users interact with the web interface and Pronto Xi. Google Universal Analytics captures this data through the use of cookies. The telemetry data we collect is to help us understand how users interact with Pronto Xi, which applications and screens they use the most and which actions within the interface they use most often. We will use this collected data as input to guide our development efforts and improve the user experience. We only capture data about interactions with the Pronto Xi applications and not the actual business data that users enter. No personally identifiable information is captured.

Welcome to version 2.5 of the Pronto Xi web interface.

A red dot on the information icon in the bottom left of screen indicates new release notes are available. Click the information icon at anytime to view the release notes.

Click X in the corner of the release notes to return to the login page.

New Functionality 

This release includes the following new functionality:

  • A Forgot password link can now be optionally added to the Web Interface and Pronto Connect login pages, for integrating with password management solutions.

Enhancements

  • The revision information that was included in the build and in About Pronto Xi has been removed.

  • Depending on your POS set up, you can now close the web interface window when you sign off from POS.

Bugfixes

The following issues were fixed:

  • Logging out with more than one session open was causing the central logout functionality to fail.

  • Local Agent was not able to open links in the AI event log.

  • When a marked row was corrected the text in the field being corrected was not visible.

  • An incorrect URL was being displayed when a user logged in using SAML and authentication failed.

  • The Reorder Columns screen was not displaying correctly in POS.

  • Hyperlinks were not opening as expected.
